The name of this area is evocative of Homer's work, in which it is said that on this exact promontory Ulysses met the legendary sorceress Circe. The area is a true natural treasure. The park was established in 1934, saving many natural areas of interest from the great Agro Pontino works. The territory, the flora and the fauna are not the only special qualities of this area. It is also rife with important archaeology (as evidenced by the abundance of palethnological and archaeological finds, the area has been inhabited by man since prehistoric times), and historical and architectural evidence, with Sabaudia (17 km away) considered one of the best examples of Italian rationalist architecture.
Rome is about 70 km and an hour away, and golf enthusiasts will find several excellent golf clubs near the city, including:

This 17th-century villa commissioned by Cardinal Flavio Chigi, nephew of Pope Alexander VII, soars on the edge of a volcanic crater that the inventive Robert Trent Jones transformed into a challenging golf course with interesting technical details. State and finishing
The property has been completely renovated by following the principles of Feng Shui, green building, and biodynamics, and by appropriately placing Yantras, according to the ancient science of the Yoga of Dwelling (the outer space is nothing but the mirror of the inner space, and the house is the outer manifestation of the subconscious. Acting on the home is thus equivalent to acting on the subconscious, and the Yantras, derived from thousands of years of Eastern philosophies, represent true "rectification programs" and a cure for one’s health and bioenergetic balance).
Drainage work was carried out on the foundations, in order to insulate property, and the existing exterior infill was demolished and rebuilt with Wienemberger porous clay bricks, placed at the correct distance from the interior brick liner.
The insulation was made with 6-cm-thick cork sheets, and an exterior plaster with KEIM silicate finish (the best and healthiest finish for exteriors, due to the durability, breathability and non-toxicity) was chosen.
Internally we find lime and pozzolana plaster, painted with natural paints and finishes.
On the roof there is double-panel insulation with thick cork sheets, non-woven fabric waterproofing, and a chestnut wood frame with handcrafted terracotta roof tiles laid using the "ventilated roof" system.
The heating system is Varioterm radiant floor heating, with underlying insulation of Cork LIS.
The plumbing and sanitary systems were completely redone, and the home has new high-quality bathroom fixtures and faucets, and tiles with hand-painted Viepri and Baldelli ceramics.
All of the hand lacquered windows and doors are double paned and filled with iroko argon gas.
In the villa there is an alarm system that has sensors on the doors and windows, as well as a volumetric sensor. You can program the system via smartphone.
The guesthouse was completely rebuilt from scratch. It has a wood load-bearing structure, with a THOMAHOLZ 100 system (and has the same finishes, features and installations as the villa).
The property was renovated with a focus on the stonework, the type of radiant heating, the total re-roofing with double cork panel insulation, a "ventilated roof" covering with handmade terracotta tiles, the elimination of the tar sheathing (an element that therefore allows the inhabitants of the structure to produce vitamin D), the high performance quality of fixtures and minimisation of pollution due to electrosmog, and the electrical system that is made with shielded cables (in a spider arrangement and as many as 7 manholes equipped with thick copper poles, which dissipate residual electromagnetic fields). All of these features ensure optimal thermo-hygrometric conditions, in any season.
External areas
The villa and other buildings are surrounded by private land measuring 2 hectares, with double automated gates. It is fully fenced with wire mesh camouflaged by hedges of holm oaks and red maple and a row of cypress trees. The grounds have more than 100 palms, including some rare species, and numerous other rare and native trees and shrubs.
The grounds are covered by a lush, manicured lawn and clay pathways.
In the areas that do not have trees, hedges or shrubs, a private helipad may be built. An in-ground swimming pool, on the other hand, cannot be built because the Municipality of Latina does not allow its construction in an agricultural zone.
The lush trees are beautiful and immune thanks to zeolite remediation and the application of a variety of innovative Quantum Physics techniques, which have resulted in and maintained exceptional soil quality over time.

Il nome di questo parco rievoca l'opera di Omero, in cui si narra che proprio sul suo promontorio Ulisse incontrò la leggendaria Maga Circe, e l'area è un vero tesoro naturale: il Parco, istituito nel 1934, salvò molte zone di interesse naturalistico dalla grande opera di bonifica dell'Agro Pontino.

La proprietà è stata completamente ristrutturata applicando i principi del Feng Shui, della bioedlizia, della biodinamica e posizionando opportunamente degli Yantra, secondo l'antica scienza dello Yoga dell'Abitare (lo spazio esterno non è altro che lo specchio di quello interiore e la casa è la manifestazione esterna dell'inconscio. Agire sulla casa equivale quindi ad agire sull'inconscio, e gli Yantra, derivati da millenarie filosofie orientali, rappresentano dei veri e propri "programmi di rettificazione" e una cura per la salute e per l'equilibrio bioenergetico).
Sulle fondazioni sono state realizzate intercapedini con funzione di isolamento dal suolo, e le tamponature esterne esistenti sono state realizzate con mattoni in argilla porizzata della Wienemberger, posti alla corretta distanza dalla fodera di laterizi interna.
L'isolamento è stato realizzato con pannelli di sughero dello spessore di 6 cm ed è stato posto in opera un intonaco esterno con finitura ai silicati KEIM (la migliore e più sana finitura per gli esterni, grazie alla loro capacità di durata, traspirabilità e atossicità).
Internamente troviamo intonaci in calce e pozzolana, tinteggiati con vernici e finiture naturali.
Sulle coperture è stato realizzato un isolamento con doppio pannello di sughero ad alto spessore, l'impermeabilizzazione in tessuto non tessuto e un'orditura in legno di castagno con posa in opera di coppi in terracotta artigianali con il sistema del "tetto ventilato".
Il sistema di riscaldamento è a pavimento radiante Varioterm, con isolamento sottostante di Sughero LIS.
La ristrutturazione ha compreso il totale rifacimento degli impianti idrico sanitari, l'installazione di sanitari e rubinetteria di alta qualità e di rivestimenti con ceramiche di Viepri e Baldelli, dipinte a mano.
Tutti gli infissi sono con doppi vetri e gas argon in iroko e laccati a mano.
Nella villa troviamo un sistema antifurto con sensori alle porte, alle finestre e volumetrico, programmabile via smartphone.
La dependance è stata completamente ricostruita ex novo, con struttura portante in legno, con sistema THOMAHOLZ 100 (e ha le stesse finiture, caratteristiche e impianti della villa).
L'attenzione nella ricostruzione muraria, nel tipo di riscaldamento per irraggiamento, il totale rifacimento della copertura con doppio isolamento in pannelli di sughero, il manto di copertura a "tetto ventilato" con coppi artigianali in terracotta, l'eliminazione della guaina catramata (elemento che consente, quindi, negli abitanti della struttura, la produzione di vitamina D), l'alta qualità prestazionale degli infissi e la minimizzazione dell'inquinamento dovuto all'elettrosmog, con l'impianto elettrico realizzato con cavi schermati (con disposizione a ragno e la presenza di ben 7 pozzetti muniti di paline in rame ad alto spessore, che dissipano i campi elettromagnetici residui), assicurano il mantenimento di condizioni termo-igrometriche ottimali, in qualsiasi stagione.
Spazi esterni
La villa e gli annessi sono circondati da un parco privato di 2 ettari, con doppio cancello automatizzato e interamente recintato con rete metallica mimetizzata da siepi di lecci e acero rosso e da una fila di cipressi; al suo interno oltre 100 palme, di cui alcune specie rare, e numerosi altri alberi e arbusti rari e autoctoni.
Nel parco troviamo anche un prato inglese rigoglioso e curato, attraversato da vialetti in terra battuta.
Nelle aree libere da alberi, siepi e arbusti è possibile realizzare una elisuperficie privata. Non è invece possibile realizzare una piscina interrata in quanto il Comune di Latina non ne consente la costruzione in zona agricola.
Le lussureggianti alberature sono rese rigogliose e immuni grazie alla bonifica con zeolite e all'applicazione di svariate tecniche innovative di Fisica Quantistica, che hanno consentito di ottenere e mantenere nel tempo un'eccezionale qualità del terreno.
